Terms and conditions

These are the general terms and conditions applicable to all bookings. Any exceptions will be indicated on the apartment listing. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Apartamentos Costa Brava con Wifi y Playa Barcelona, ​​owner of this website, and those who make bookings with us (hereinafter, the CLIENT).

Payment Terms
Outstanding Balance. The outstanding balance will depend on the terms and conditions of each property owner. Full payment must be made on our website using any of our payment methods or on the day of arrival at the apartment. You must not pay anyone without our consent, and you will receive instructions on both the apartment listing and the confirmation.

Refundable Security Deposit. To cover any potential damage to the apartment, the client must pay a security deposit in cash upon arrival. The amount will be indicated on the apartment listing.

This amount will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided all the necessary conditions are met.

The deposit will be retained, in whole or in part, if damage is found in the apartment caused by the client during their stay or if they do not respect the rules of coexistence established by each owner. An additional cleaning fee will be applied (this will vary depending on the apartment) when the apartment is not returned in a reasonably clean and tidy condition (dirty kitchen, excessive trash, or general disarray).

All-inclusive: The booking price includes water, electricity, and telecommunications.

Not included:

Additional services that the client may request.
Check-in before the standard check-in time (3:00 PM) and check-out after the deadline (11:00 AM), as well as check-ins after a specific time (each apartment will have its own check-in and check-out times).
Cleaning: Each booking includes a mandatory final cleaning service, which will be charged separately. All apartments are equipped with sheets and towels. However, the client is responsible for cleaning the apartment, removing any waste generated, and returning it in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.

Number of guests: It is prohibited to accommodate more guests in the booked apartment than declared in the reservation (except for children under 2 years old). Express authorization from Urban Hosts and prior payment of the price increase.

Cancellation and modification of reservations: This will depend on the cancellation policy of each apartment.

Responsibility: Use of the apartment. By making a reservation on our website, the client and their companions agree to make proper use of the rented apartment, thereby releasing Apartamentos Costa Brava con Wifi y Playa Barcelona from any liability for damages that may result from such use.

Valuables. Apartamentos Costa Brava con Wifi y Playa Barcelona is not responsible for valuables that the client brings and/or leaves in the apartment. You can purchase additional insurance or check the listing for each apartment to see if it has a safe.

Damage caused. The client will be responsible for any damage caused to the apartment, except for normal wear and tear from everyday use. In case of lost keys, the client must pay the costs associated with making copies and/or changing the lock.

Other Conditions
Pets. This will depend on each apartment; please check the individual apartment listing or contact our reservations department.

No smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments, except on balconies, terraces, patios, and gardens. Violators of this rule may be evicted and have part or all of their security deposit forfeited.

Specific apartment rules. These rules are provided upon arrival and will outline guidelines for proper conduct, such as maintaining silence at certain hours and proper trash disposal. RESPECT FOR OTHERS IS PARAMOUNT, as is respect for the environment.

It is essential to respect these rules, which are often common sense and facilitate harmonious coexistence with other residents. It is important to respect the neighbors' peace and quiet, so we ask our guests to refrain from noisy activities, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. It is also important to avoid any actions that may disturb the neighbors, such as excessively loud music, noise, etc. Parties and the entry of non-guests are prohibited. Noise is strictly prohibited in the apartment to respect the neighbors' peace and quiet, and failure to comply will result in eviction. It is essential to make good use of the building's common areas and to behave respectfully both in the apartment and throughout the building.

Apartamentos Costa Brava con Wifi y Playa Barcelona is firmly committed to the environment. All towels, sheets, etc., are specially treated. Please use no more water than necessary and turn off all lights in the apartment when you are not there. Everyone benefits.

Breach of Terms. Serious and/or repeated breaches of the aforementioned conditions by the client or their companions will entitle Apartamentos Costa Brava con Wifi y Playa Barcelona to demand immediate vacating of the apartment, without any compensation, and, according to the rules of each apartment, to retain the security deposit.

Booking an apartment with Apartamentos Costa Brava con Wifi y Playa Barcelona implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions, as well as the jurisdiction and competence of the courts of Arenys de Mar.

Personal Data. In compliance with Article 5, section 1.a), of Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform the client that the personal data provided will be incorporated into a file duly registered with the Registry established for this purpose by the Spanish Data Protection Agency, and will be used for the effective provision of the contracted services. Only those employees and suppliers who need to know such data in order to provide these services will have access to it. In any case, the client may exercise the rights of access, objection, rectification, and cancellation provided for in the aforementioned Law.

Arrival. Check-in to our apartments is from 3:00 PM. If you wish to check in before the established time, please inform us so that we can make arrangements. If possible, we will make an effort to have your apartment ready before that time. There will be an extra charge depending on the apartment if you arrive after 10:00 PM.

Check-out. Apartments must be vacated for cleaning no later than 11:00. If you wish to leave the apartment between 11:00 and 14:00, please let us know so we can arrange it, if possible.
